1. Domestic Shipping Options (Within Kenya)
We offer flexible domestic logistics structures based on your budget, location, and urgency:
- Standard Free Shipping (Pick-up Stations): FREE for all local orders. Deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Please note that Free Shipping requires buyers to collect their items directly from the designated Nualocal pick-up station nearest to them. - Same-Day Express Shipping (Doorstep Delivery): Need your items immediately? We offer Same-Day Doorstep Delivery within Nairobi and surrounding areas for express orders placed before 12:00 PM (EAT). Express shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact delivery coordinate pin. [1]
- Upcountry Express Deliveries: Expedited shipments outside Nairobi generally arrive within 1 to 2 business days directly to your door or regional center via our partner networks.
2. International Shipping (Worldwide via DHL Express)
For global collectors and customers, we partner exclusively with DHL Express to guarantee fast, secure, trackable handling. Once your package leaves our Nairobi center, estimated transit timelines are as follows: [1, 2]

3. Order Processing Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Standard orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched to our hub within 1 to 2 business days.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- International Assessments: All international shipments entering countries outside of Kenya are subject to the assessment of localized taxes, import duties, and customs clearances. These metrics vary broadly from country to country. [1, 2]

5. Returns and Exchanges Shipping
- Return Courier Fees: Shipping costs associated with returning an item to our Nairobi facility are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are strictly non-refundable. [1]
